Boxing workout at the NCC from 7pm-7:45pm.
Teaching the basics of contact boxing using gloves and focus pads (provided).

Evening with a visit to the Sussex Ale Works for a pint!

$30+tax (includes class and a beverage ticket).
Registration is required and space is limited.
